Sergio A. Adame is a 2004 Graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Legal Studies.

Sergio has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2005. Since being licensed, he has worked for some of the top Real Estate Residential Franchise Firms in the Country, to include Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Re/Max. In 2009 he become a Member of the Graduate Realtor Institute and in 2011, he became a member of the industry coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and also became licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker. He is currently a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Harlingen Board of Realtors. In 2014, he rebranded Adame Properties, Inc. to API Real Estate.

Throughout his career, Sergio has been involved in multiple transactions delving in just about every part of the State and Type of real estate. From the sale of hundreds of pasteurized acres in north Hidalgo County, to water front lots in South Padre Island, to homes in the Woodlands in Houston, San Antonio, Alamo Heights, and ranchettes and homes in Cameron/Hidalgo County, as well as Land Development in the City of Mission, Construction of Shopping Centers, Four-Plexes and the acquisition of 1 of 5 Multi-Story Office Buildings in the Entire Rio Grande Valley, The Bank of America Tower in Down-Town Harlingen.

He has also led many different types of lease negotiations with National Tenants like AT&T (Cel Towers), Manpower International (Lease Renewals), Bank of America (Sale Lease-Back) as well as many other local Restaurant and Retail Center leases.

After spending nearly 9 years working for the top firms in the nation, including Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Re/Max and Retail Solutions, he then launched API Real Estate with one employee into the realm of not only Real Estate, but Full Service Property Management as well. Today, Sergio and his experienced team of Real Estate Professionals manage a robust portfolio for clients statewide, to include Landmark Properties like the Bank of America Tower in Downtown Harlingen, TX. The company also gives back to the communities in which it does business through a wide range of community service endeavors. 



Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Julissa Trevino is ready to take on the growing market in Real Estate to help people across the Rio Grande Valley in finding their dream home or next commercial investment.

With a combined 8 years in retail and real estate sales experience, Julissa developed a passion in sales, creating exceptional relationships with customers and finding them the perfect solutions for their needs. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is under going her degree in Business Administration. Julissa received her license in 2014 as a Real Estate Agent and has worked with such firms as Keller Williams.

Growing up in the valley, she has seen first hand the fast growing communities and population trends. By studying market trends in the Real Estate industry, her objective is to help individuals meet their needs through commercial or residential counseling by procuring a hands on interaction with clients that leads to an effortless and exciting Real Estate experience. Here with API Real Estate, Julissa is prioritizing in making the transaction experience a breeze by teaming up with API Real Estate and contributing a combined 20 years of experience to our Firm. Jules will make sure to provide expert advice for your next Real Estate move.
